-Step 1: Make a boombox account if you do not already have one (for accessing audio files and bounces)

-Step 2: Book the recording session & provide your boombox username in the booking form.

-Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email requesting the backing tracks/instrumentals you will be recording over. This will allow you more time to record in the studio.

-Step 4: Prepare a storage device (USB, or hardrive) for easy transfer of the Pro Tools file if you know you’ll need it at the end of the session. This is important if you plan on taking the recordings to your mix engineer or another studio to finish recording. I also suggest you do so for safekeeping, so no audio files are lost. Waves & Dreams Studio clears files on a 6-month basis.

-Step 5: Allow 10 minutes at the end of the session to bounce the last recording and transfer Pro Tools Project if requested. If the session ends and recordings have not been bounced, you may be charged for an extra half-hour to bounce files past session time.

-Step 6: Session recordings will be uploaded to boombox for playback. When second-half of deposit is confirmed, the files will be downloadable.
