The Team

Mighty - Engineer/Producer

From Chicago, Mighty is the owner of Waves & Dreams Studio. With 7 years of experience, having worked for multiple studios before opening his own, he studied the science of recording, mixing, and mastering. His main areas of focus are Rap, R&B, and commercial voice-over. He builds worlds with music and soundscapes.

Joe Morgan - Producer/Guitarist

Syracuse born and raised, Joe is a producer, guitarist, and singer/songwriter. He creates Rock, Pop, and R&B records with a focus on production and artist development.

Earlhondo - Producer/Engineer

From Atlanta, Hondo is a producer, singer/songwriter, and musician. Having attended NYU for his Master’s in Music Technology, his focus is on production, primarily R&B and Hip Hop.

From Chicago, Power is a scriptwriter and video director/editor who brings songs to life through cinematic storytelling. Power does all editing for the Dreamshow performances.
